Blue Bay is a peaceful spot on a narrow lane; it is very quiet and safe for children. It has a laundry room and TV room with full sky movies and sports packages on a 40inch smart TV.

Owners James and Pippa live separately and discretely at the rear of the property; they are happy to help guests, from sharing their local knowledge of the area, giving recipe ideas, providing a mid-week clean or discussing catering options and requirements.

Visitors are informed that the proprietors of Blue Bay House will not hold themselves responsible for the loss of, or damage to, any article or articles of value.

Booking Terms:

To book we require 1/3 price as deposit Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival
A £300 security deposit will be returned after a full service of the property has been undertaken.

Cancelled Bookings:

If you wish to cancel the letting you must notify Beach Retreats in writing.A booking can only be cancelled prior to the start of the letting.When a booking of accommodation in any house or lodge is cancelled, the owner is, legally entitled to claim compensation for his loss from the person who made the booking. This applies, even when the cancellation is due to illness. The amount of the compensation depends on the facts of the case and claims up two-thirds of the total intended charge have been allowed in the courts. We advise you take out holiday insurance.Deposits are non returnable on cancelled bookings.
